Liquid-applied waterproofing with technical system selection
Liquid-applied waterproofing coatings are used on roofs, balconies, details and maintenance works when a continuous elastic membrane without seams is needed. Depending on the substrate, elastomeric polyurethane or hybrid roof coatings such as Neoroof, Hyperdesmo-LV or equivalent systems are selected with the proper primers and accessories.

Surfaces and uses
The final choice follows checks of substrate, slopes, drains, existing layers and future use. Hybrid and polyurethane liquid-applied systems form an elastic waterproof surface as they cure, but they perform only when preparation, adhesion and details are properly controlled.
Materials, details and application control
Materials are selected for strong adhesion, elasticity and waterproof continuity. Application is organized with a clean and dry substrate, primer where required, correct layer thickness, reinforcement at critical points and roller, brush or spray-machine application where the project allows it.
Application follows sequence and control
Each page describes a different material, but Ergomonosi follows the same logic: inspection, preparation, correct application and delivery.
- AssessmentMoisture, slopes, drains, old layers and constraints are checked.
- ProposalMaterial, preparation, cost, schedule and guarantee are defined.
- ApplicationThe crew follows the correct sequence of layers and details.
- DeliveryFinal checks are completed and maintenance guidance is provided.
FAQ
The answers are indicative. The final solution is confirmed after an assessment.
Is this suitable for every roof?
Not always. Substrate, existing layers, slopes, use and budget determine whether it is the right choice.
Is maintenance needed after application?
Every waterproofing system benefits from periodic checks of drains, details and possible mechanical damage.
